We know how hard it is to find support when you're healing from high-control religion — especially if you're queer, neurodivergent, or still unpacking layers of trauma that were labeled “spiritual warfare.”

While we don’t (yet) have in-house therapists or support staff, we’ve gathered a growing list of religious trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and evidence-based resources to help you on your journey.
